1
Lookup MBOL to find a previously optimized shipment or add a new shipment
2
Run Optimizer if MBOL is not found. No need to wait for the process to finish. Tap [Back] to add more MBOLs
3
Up to 20 MBOLs can be optimized in parallel. The 'Optimizer Status' column indicates the current state of all the shipments requested for optimization
4
All shipments must be waved before pick/putaway optimization can be done. Retry optimization if NOT_WAVED is returned. FAILED_RETRY indicates a data connection issue to the client DB. Please escalate immediately

5
Assign the desired lane to the shipment. Occupied lanes will be unavailable for assignment. Lanes can be opened using Dockwatch and door availability will update in realtime
6
To prevent accidental door assignments the user must confirm the selection. Upon confirmation the assignment is briefly shown as successful and the control returns back to the Shipment Log screen
7
Hovering cursor over an occupied door will show the shipment ID assigned to it
8
Occupied doors can be set to opened (green) by double-clicking on them. Doing the same on an open door amounts to manually blocking the door which will not be used by the optimizer
